11am: Flyfaire Wines: Check out the amazing wine and cheese pairings and latest new products from Merlot flour to handcrafted cheese, including lactose free options.
12pm: Fermentation masterclass with Wolki Farm: Join Ann Wolki demonstrating sauerkraut and kimchi. What is fermenting, how does it work, gut health benefits and preserving produce to last longer.
1pm: Sparkling wines masterclass by Cofield Wines. Join Damien Cofield to discover the secrets behind the making of sparkling wines using the Method Traditionelle process. Sample some of Cofield’s finest sparkling wines and unleash your love for bubbles.
2.30pm: Daily draw of the winner in the Farm Gate Produce Market hamper.
2.45pm: Q&A with Jake Wolki. Come and have your questions answered about creating a diverse and profitable farming system from beef to pork, chickens, eggs, venison and honey.
