Portrait photography shoots capture those special moments

Albury portrait photographer Nik Buttigieg will be exhibiting in Country Lifestyle pavilion for the first time this year, offering farming families the chance to celebrate with a special photographic experience.

Nik is also celebrating the opening of his new Albury studio, where he captures the memories of families, pets and locals through portrait artwork. 

“We are really looking forward to being at Henty for the first time. It will be nice to connect and meet people in the community,” Nik said. 

Originally from Wangaratta, Nik developed a passion for photography while travelling Europe. He returned to study in Melbourne and later worked on documentaries and music videos in remote areas of Australia.

“Our new Albury studio is a welcoming and relaxed space designed to make people feel at home,” he said.

“We love getting to know people and their family before their photoshoot. It helps to understand what is most important to them and who they want to celebrate in their life. The photographic experience starts with a discovery all where we learn about the people our clients what to celebrate through photographs and what makes them special. 

“The photo shoot is where the real fun begins. We bring out personalities and interactions, capturing all those beautiful moments and fun times together. We always aim for the photoshoot to be relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. 

“The design consultation happens after the photoshoot, and this is where the client gets to see their beautiful photos for the first time. We help them decide where to display the artwork and choose a finish that complements the home décor.”

At the Henty Machinery Field Days, Nik Buttigieg Studio will offer a special promotion, allowing families to book a photography session either on their property or in the new Albury studio.

Nik will have fun games and numerous prizes to give away each day. There will also be beautiful photographic artwork on display and visitors can make a booking for their own photography experience.
