Demo Kitchen:
8.30am-9am: Walkabout with vendors with Farm Gate coordinator Ordette Mannering.
10am: Mystery Bay Kelp: As seen on Better Homes & Gardens, Mystery Bay Kelp is an award-winning artisan brand locally produced on the southeast coast of NSW. Hear about all things kelp and wellness that surround this amazing superfood of the sea. Their products are for both humans and pets.
11am: Little Triffids: Award winning flower farmer and florist Sophie, from Little Triffids, Wagga Wagga, demonstrates and teaches the principles of creating beautiful flower arrangements for your home, using seasonal, local blooms.
12pm: Ladbroken Distilling Company: Located in Tumbarumba, Ladbroken Distilling Co pride themselves on hand crafting a range of uniquely Australian spirits using locally grown produce. They present a science of cocktails with tips and tricks of cocktail service, gin production, and garnish making demonstration.
1pm: Codemo Smallgoods. John and Lauren Dowling are passionate about agriculture, local produce and regional Australia, crafting traditional, home-grown smallgoods from their own stock. John will talk about the differences in cured meats such as salamis and pancetta.
2pm: Cofield Wines: Cofield Wines is a boutique, family owned and operated winery located in the heart of the Rutherglen wine region. The Cofield family have been treading the vineyards of Rutherglen for over 100 years.

11am: Circus star Marcela Scheuner will dazzle the crowd.

11am: All things mushroom: Join fungi enthusiast Tracie MacVean for this illustrated session on the diversity and curiosities of the fungi kingdom. Learn about the anatomy of fungi, the basics of how to identify fungi and common edible, medicinal and toxic mushrooms. On show is an extensive array of local fungi photographs and artwork by Tracie. You will also be able to buy spore prints, ready-made grow buckets and other mushroom products.
