Exhibitor Site Applications
3 Easy Options to Apply
Exhibitors who attended last year
Exhibitors who attended last year will be emailed a link to your application in March. Please use this unique link. DO NOT apply via the link provided to new exhibitors. This will cause a duplication of records and possible loss of previous site. Contact HMFD office if you have not received your unique link. This is a simple process and we anticipate you will be able to complete your application in a matter of minutes.
Any Exhibitors who didn't attend last year will need apply via the below link. A non-refundable deposit of $88 is required to lodge your application. You will not be placed on the waiting list until payment of the deposit has been received in full.
What Type of Site Will Suit Me?
- Plan ahead and consider the display you will have the ability to set up
- Well planned sites work best. If you only need a small space, book a small site
- Our office staff are happy to advise you on the best types of sites and locations for your business
Sites Tailored to your needs
Sites tailored to your needs
Exhibitors have access to more than 60,000 visitors who come to the Henty Machinery Field Days from a 500km radius to buy, learn, research future purchases, make contacts and socialise.
There is a range of site sizes and specifications available, including many segregated areas designated to particular industries, such as Country Lifestyle, Farm Gate Produce Market, livestock, grain marketing, solar and education.
HMFD management reserves the right to refuse applications on the grounds of unsuitability or if there are already too many exhibitors of that product.
Local community groups provide food, car parking, garbage collection and amenities, and this returns valuable funds back into local sporting groups, schools and service clubs.
The official field day guide is published by The Border Mail and inserted into Australian Community Media regional publications.
This program features the map, an alphabetical and category listing of all exhibitors registered at the time of deadline.
