BROOKFIELD will have on display a ChainBar, OmniBin with Conveyor, Knuckle Chain and Sheep Feeder at this year’s Henty Machinery Field Days.
One machine proving popular is the BROOKFIELD OmniBin, otherwise known as a seed and super or grouper bin.
The OmniBin is a highly versatile commodity bin for handling seed and fertiliser at sowing time, stock feed and general grain handling as well as to the silos during harvest.
The OmniBin is unique in its low center of gravity and high capacity. It features a variable speed conveyor belt, full remote control, rear dump facility, silo bag filling and has a massive 360 tonnes/hour unload capacity.
The design allows for self-cleaning to ensure no contamination, features a light tare weight and is non-oversize.
In recent months, BROOKFIELD released an innovative new option for the OmniBin, a conveyor.
Sales manager Michael McCormick said BROOKFIELD was always looking for more innovative and efficient ways to improve their products and the new conveyor option was no exception.
The new conveyor option allows producers to operate the OmniBin by the wireless handheld remote control from the top of the seed cart.
The seed or fertiliser is released onto the bottom conveyor under the OmniBin through individual door actuators that transfer it to the rear of the OmniBin.
The seed or fertiliser is then transported across to the conveyor belt that then delivers it up into the seed cart.
The OmniBin range is available in 15 – 31 tonnes and in two, three or four compartments, with the conveyor option now available in 6m, 9m or 12m.
BROOKFIELD will be site 242-244 in Block F.
