A Korean trade delegation of agricultural businesses will display machinery and expertise at this year’s Henty Machinery Field Days.
A mini expo of 10 businesses under the umbrella of the Korea Agricultural Machinery Industry Co-operative will showcase seeding, baling and spraying technology.
KAMICO was established in 1962 through the co-operation of Korean agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturers.
The organisation aims to contribute to the development of the nation’s agricultural machinery industry and has grown steadily over the years.
KAMICO represents and exports a wide range of products including agriculture product processing machinery, transplanting and seeding machinery, livestock, forestry and farming equipment.
“KAMICO is striving to improve the quality and performance of Korean agricultural machinery and equipment by providing our manufacturing partners with guidance for standardisation, quality control and certification systems,’’ Chairman Shin-gil Kim said.
“We are proud to say that over the years we have made great strides in solidifying Korea’s foothold in the international market.
“Our close relationship with overseas agencies and business enterprises allows us to act as a bridge for international co-operation, export promotion and overseas investment.’’
“KAMICO continues to open new markets for Korean products and to promote the smooth supply of raw materials enabling our manufacturing partners to conduct business on a sound basis.’’
