New Holland will showcase some exciting new products at this year’s field days, including the T8 SmartTrax, LM Telehandler and TT4.90.
The company is also celebrating 120 years in the industry and to mark the occasion, limited edition pins will be available for all visitors to the New Holland stand at Henty.
The new T8 SmartTrax tractor is fitted with a Tier-4B-compliant Cursor 9 engine delivering enormous power and ultimate economy reinventing the concept of high-horsepower farming.
SmartTrax-equipped T8 Series tractors have been developed to deliver the proven versatility of a wheeled tractor with the enhanced traction and flotation of rubber tracks.
The rubber tracks are matched to large diameter front wheels to deliver excellent manoeuvrability and to overcome some of the issues that may arise with conventional twin tracked vehicles.
A key feature of SmartTrax is the ability to turn tightly and cleanly at the headland.
Versatility is a key feature, making these tractors also suitable for work such as spraying and top dressing.
The T8 SmartTrax also offers the longest wheelbase in its class, and exceptional manoeuvrability with unsurpassed versatility.
Available in numerous track spacing options and belt widths, the T8 SmartTrax provides reduced compaction, increased efficiency, better traction and enhanced stability.
Also on display at Henty is the new LM Telehandler from New Holland with its heavy duty six to nine metre range, delivering substantially improved performance together with premium operator comfort.
Benefitting from in-house design and construction, the new series provides medium and large scale livestock/dairy farmers, large hay operations and contractors with high performance material handling capabilities.
New Holland’s new TT4.90 will also be on show. Featuring a Hydraulic Shuttle, the TT4.90 is redefining the economy tractor market.
With its proven technology, reliability, simplicity and low cost of ownership, the TT4 range offers operators a highly adaptable tractor at a great price.
